We primarily hire for Customer Experience Representative roles — entry-level positions
where you'll work directly with customers in retail settings. As you grow with us, you may
advance into team lead, trainer, or management roles. We also periodically have openings in

Most of our positions are full-time, Monday through Friday, with schedules that align with
retail hours. We do occasionally offer part-time arrangements depending on business needs.

No prior experience is required! We welcome candidates from all backgrounds. What matters
most to us is a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to
help people. We provide comprehensive training to set every new team member up for success.
That said, experience in customer service, retail, or sales is always a plus.

ongoing coaching and feedback. Training is paid and typically lasts 1–2 weeks before
you begin your regular assignment.

A typical day starts with a team briefing where you'll review the day's goals, any brand
updates, and customer engagement strategies. You then head to your assigned retail location,
where you'll spend the day actively engaging customers, answering questions, demonstrating
products, and providing support. At the end of the day, you'll report results and participate
in a debrief to share insights with the team.
The most valuable skills are strong verbal communication, active listening, empathy,
adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping people. Being organized, professional,
and able to represent a brand with integrity are also critical. Bonus skills include any
prior experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality — but as mentioned,
these are not required.
